1 - About

1.1 These terms apply when you download, access and/or use the Moust game, whether on your computer, mobile device or any other device. These terms are a legal agreement and contain important information about your rights and obligations in relation to our Services.

1.2 If you do not accept these terms or any future modified terms, you must not use our Services.

1.3 You certify that you are at least 13 years old (or at least 16 if you reside in an EEA country).

1.4 We can make changes to these terms at any time, your continued use of our Services after the terms have been updated shall confirm your acceptance of the updated terms.

1.5 If we believe that you are guilty of breach of conditions, we reserve the right to make any unauthorized removal or alteration of all or part of your account; reset or change any game progress related to your account.

2 - About accessing and using our Services

2.1 You provide the necessary equipment (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) and you pay for the Internet connection and mobile charges that may be billed to you to download and use our Services.

2.2 We do not guarantee that our Services are always available or error-free; any time. For technical or maintenance reasons we may suspend, restrict or terminate the availability of all or part of our Services.

2.3 You are prohibited from using or making available cheating techniques or other technological measures designed to control access to all or part of our Services, including to provide access to Virtual Money and/or Virtual Goods for free or otherwise.

3 - Restrictions and exemptions from liability

3.1 We can not under any circumstances be held responsible for:

any damage resulting from a violation of these Terms or a fault on our part;
any damage (including material damage) resulting from the use of our games or any of our Services;
any technical problem or unavailability of any of our Services.

4 - Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, and other legislation or regulations in force. These Terms do not give you any rights to our Services or their content whatsoever.

5 - Privacy Policy

Depending on your use of the Application and your settings, the following categories of data may be processed:

Usage Data (e.g. feature interactions, app events)
Device and technical data (e.g. device model, operating system, app version)
Crash and diagnostic data (technical error reports)
Purchase and subscription metadata
Universally Unique Identifier (“UUID”)

Administrator uses Adapty as a system of purchase and license tracking service. Your UUID are used to identify user-specific information.
IP address collection is disabled. No payment information (such as credit card numbers or payment method details) is accessible to the Application or to Adapty.
